Milpitas Physical Therapy Clinic opened in 1980 under the ownership of David Severson, PT.  In 1984 the clinic moved to its’ current location at 1103 S. Park Victoria Dr., Milpitas, Ca.   95035.

MPT occupies 2500 square feet of space.  The clinic has a large gym with up to date equipment. The clinic has six private treatment rooms.

Our physical therapists and assistants are all licensed in the state of California.  Our therapists are credentialed with all the major insurance companies and we are Medicare certified.

We continually update our physical therapy programs. Our staff attends continuing education courses and seminars regularly. Each staff member attends at least two advanced training seminars each year to keep up with the latest developments in physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Our twenty five years in Milpitas and the quality of our care have produced an office with a large return patient rate.  We regularly conduct patient satisfaction surveys and use the results of these surveys to continually modify and improve our clinic procedures, rehabilitation programs and clinical management.
