Individual rehabilitation in a supportive environment
means patients that come to our clinic receive specific one-on-one
instructions from their physical therapist for their problems and
conditions. Easy to understand anatomical models are used during the
course of training to be sure patients clearly understand their specific
problem. Patients are told what the physical therapist will do to
help them, and patients are provided with specific instructions to
help themselves.
Patients are given options regarding the course
of their rehabilitation. Some patients, for example, only want home
instructions and other patients want care provided mostly here in
the clinic. We tailor our programs for specific patient needs. Patients
are provided with reasonable expectations for their program. Patients
are asked to engage in exercise programs and training sessions that
match their individual tolerances. We’re sensitive to the needs of the elderly and those that are
not accustomed to exercise training. Our experienced staff works with
patients of all age groups and ability levels. We understand patients’ needs,
and we’re here to help rehabilitate patients and make them feel
good about it.
