David Severson, PT
David is the owner of
Milpitas Physical Therapy Clinic and a practicing physical
therapist. He graduated from the University of North Dakota,
School of Physical Therapy in 1971. David has spent most of
his career in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. He specializes
in personalized exercise training for people of varying ages
and physical abilities. |

Armando Bajacan, PT
Armando graduated from Dela Salle University,
College of Physical Therapy in 1999. He is a licensed Physical
Therapist in California and also the Philippines. Armando is
a Certified Strength Training Specialist and specializes in
foot and ankle rehabilitation. Armando’s experience is
in outpatient orthopedics and home health care. |

Karen Moore, PTA
Karen graduated from De Anza College with an
AA Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting. She has worked with
David for over 20 years. Her experience is in outpatient orthopedics
and industrial medicine. |

Prem Lalwani, OTR, CHT
Prem is a Registered Occupational Therapist
and a Certified Hand Therapist. Prem graduated from the University
of Manitoba, Canada in 1980 with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational
Therapy. He received his American Society of Hand Therapy Certification
in 1990. Prem's experience is in hand therapy and occupational
therapy. |
